At what age do ducks start breeding/
I have a few young ducks that are still housed together and lately when they are on the Dam I have seen The three month old male trying it with , first an adult mallard female and the next day with the Four month old mallard female. MY neighbours saw this also and asked me:Will they breed lay eggs or breed eggs that are any good?

Around about 6 months, give or take a bit is considered approximately point-of-lay. but breeding is more seasonal than for chooks so factor in that as well. :)
