Is my Pekin Cockerel a blue/honey dun or a blue splash/honey dun?

i am not sure that it is a honey dun colour at all. the hackles should be more gold, and this one looks rather cream. he also has red leakage over his wings.

he has me a bit stumped, sorry

Thanks! Still learning, so your expert opinion is very helpful. I was going to enter him in a show because of his size and shape, under a splash. So not show quality at all?
