they are the largest pullets eggs I ever seen .those pullets start with 65g and up . great traits .true marans trait . happy with they colour 5/6/7 .
this group is going my mine focus to breed my future Black copper /Blue copper .Golden cuckoo etc ......from them .
they are huge big birds with nice conformation .
look at the size of this cockerel .late maturing for sure . I think he will reach 5 Kg when fully mature .

here another big boy . well colored full body pattern and correct copper quality . he has a bad comb . solid type

they are big and have a correct body type . great conformation .some have comb trouble .it is not problem for me because have different lines with great comb .
this lines { Liza s marans X Avgen line marans } will be bred for body type , body color and dark eggs .
I designed many different breeding method to breed them in the future .because I m not going to be buying any marans chooks or eggs . only breeding my flock and fixing they faults . have many good blood lines any way and all good .

eggs from my pullets arrived this morning from the farm .well happy with they shape and color .

well pleased with them all . now I have to just to wait from them to pass they i birth day to test mate them .prepare them for next year breeding .
I will this Spring a older hens with a young cockerels not planing of hatching a lot , focusing more on Black copper variety .
2021 breeding season I should have all my varieties ready to breed from ,big time supper large hatches .
hope every thing goes well .

here photo of 4 breeders hens finished molting and ready to restart .
from left to right . Black hen Ravendale . Shava ,White Orchid ,and Unicorn .all look great .

thank you my friend .hope will pay of one day .lot energy/time/money went into those chooks . I can not complain .I have gorgeous marans breeders stock .
any body who get fertile eggs or live birds from me in the future will know where they come from { proper breeding stock }.I have nothing to hide .

all good well happy and pleased .no complain at all .

my favorite thing about them is they Dark eggs and they Elegance when properly bred .
the balance of they body type and a size/color of they eggs ,top nosh .

Marans chooks are in good hand for sure .

start separating the dark eggs layer from the rest of the flock . they own pen with special attention to they diet and health . I don t want them to compete with rest . they need to to stress .
