Depends on the purpose, eggs for sale, to sell fowl, to breed for show.
Good for all round eggs, selling of young Barnevelder, sussex, Rir, australrop and Leghorns, there is many others depends on what you like.
But in any case sticking to a Heritage pure breed is better from Hybrids or Isa etc.
