I made a litre of custard today and now have 16 egg whites to do something with- does anyone have any ideas... it would make a pavlova that is *way* too big.

Make some small merengue. The kids love 'em so do some adults yum yum. And they keep for a long time in air tight containers.

lemon meringue pie is yummy. sponge cake. sago cream. some cake icings use egg white. fruit salad in a scooped out orange topped with meringue makes a great dessert. Omlette uses extra egg whites.
