My gran used to make one with real bread, bacon and lemon rind but that all I can remember, shes gone now and I don't know where the recipie is. It would be great to see some posted.

mine is simple i use bacon,sausage meat,mixed herbs,mixed fruit and bread crumbs for our turkey (oh and a sprinkle of curry powder)this was my grans recipe

my stepfather has a great one, :biggrin:
pork and veal mince, bacon, bread, cranberry sauce and some nuts, (walnuts, pine nuts, whatever you like)salt and pepper.
