I'm sure there'd be one in a Womens Weekly cookbook. Actually there is - page 103 to be precise of the Womens Weekly "The Book of Preserves"

try googling Australian websites - you might strike gold.

If you have no luck, give me a yell and I'll scan it for you.

Sorry Yoori

that one was for relish.

There's a recipe for "Curried Green Tomato Pickles" - more to your liking perhaps?

Hey Youri, I did make some about 6 months ago but can't remember the recipe right now, first and last time, I added way too much chilli and gave the lot to the bloke next door to eat as I coudn't taste anything in it but chilli.

This recipe is from an old CWA cookbook I have here:
Green Tomato Jam -
6 pounds tomatoes
6 pounds sugar
2 pounds apples
1 1/2 pounds of preserved ginger.
Cut fruit and ginger up small, add 1 cup water and cook until jam sets when tried in saucer.

I made some yummy passionfruit jam and melon and apple jam last week; turned out much better than the pickles!
