Some time ago someone posted some images and a recipe for Goose Pastrami. I would really like to give this a try some time, so if they can please draw my attention to the relevant thread I would very much appreciate it ... :help:

No, that is the one i found when I searched the site. The one I have in mind had a lovely photo of the finished product in the opening post - the person was telling us about the process. Oh, well. I have googled and found a suitable recipe on a forum about Romanian food of all things ...
