I got these cherry tomatoes off a mate, and I was wondering what is the best way to get the seeds out to dry and store them, ready for when I what to grow the next lot.

Squeeze the seeds into a bowl/container, cover and let them fermented for a few days (you may need a tiny bit of water if the tomato is fairly dry, it makes the process take a bit longer though). After a few days, rinse seeds and remove any remaining gel skin. Dry and store.

You can get away with not fermenting, but as the gel coating inhibits germination it's best to get rid of it. It'll mean you can store the seeds for much longer too.
