ive bin huntin quail 4 the parst week and i hav acwired a few :catch:

any suggestions on how 2 cook :aaah! ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Are they cleaned and ready to cook? There are some good posts on this forum on how to do it. Butterflying and barbecuing with lemon is what i would do but roasting, frying and jointing are all options. Just google some recipes.

Be careful if these are wild quail - they may carry disease. I would only keep them in the fridge for 4 days or so before cooking, though this may be unnecessary caution. Most cooking practices will kill pathogens but i advise caution.
