Does anyone know where I can get some tubers? I haven't been able to buy any for a few years now and the mail order companies don't have any either?

I think it's still grown commercially, so if you don't find anyone with propagating material, you may pick one up in a shop. There's not too many white skinned white flesh varieties, so if you find one in a grocer ... That's probably it?
