Just wondering will a judge put down a bird if it's toe punch has ripped apart?

No, certainly not.
I would wonder on what grounds and with what justification they would do so.
I certainly would not even consider it.

That's good, have a couple of Orps with the punch torn, was all in tact when done. thanks for that.

Some breeders instead of toe punching actually cut a nick or piece out, I have some times. It is obvious if it is a fault or just a marking from the breeder. No markdown in the show pen
