If a hen carries the brown dilution gene, will all male offspring recieve a copy?

Yes, all male offspring will receive a copy. But it shouldn’t affect their appearance as it’s recessive and one copy isn’t enough - males need two copies of chocolate to appear chocolate (I assume by brown you mean chocolate).
