I had a look at the Ceres Bookshop yesterday and they have a few weed books, though not the one you mentioned TookTook. The only other Australian one was a booklet by a local lady, I think. The other few were UK/US publications.

I think they also had the bushfood book you mentioned infoaddict

Clive Blazey did a good review of Horticulture books in the latest Diggers catalogue...I might start a new thread for it :)

Yes that book is hard to find ...I have just this minute emailed Gai to get some intelligence on Aussie suppliers (though given she wrote it in 1986 that may be a hard ask!)

Looking forward mightily to Sunday's walk...just waiting on the email with location details!!!

What a wonderful way to spend a few hours... so glad we went !

I'm now looking forward to eating many of the weeds that are rampant in the front 'lawn'.

I just flipped out that I've found this now, if I could have got a lift to the walk I would have come! Arrgh! Such a shame
I imagine I'll still try to get my hands on the book, but it would have been good to have joined you on that walk...

Are all weeds in the book edible for the chooks too? I'd also love to know if anyone's actually been game to eat any of the weeds yet, and if so, what and how was it?

I'm looking for a copy of this book. Seems to be unavailable at present. Does anyone have a copy that they wish to sell?
