Based on combs, I am guessing:
1. Maybe Rooster
2. Hen
3. Hen
4. Hen
5. rooster
All but number five have feathers down their backs and pointy tail feathers. Number 5 has very few back feathers and a stumpy tail. I am a complete novice though - only going on lots of googling! Anyone more experienced than me care to take a guess?

As the images are sideways, should we be starting from the 'bottom' one (1679) working up: or working top-down?

My 'guesses' were top to bottom (backwards in numbers!)

From your updated pics I'm guessing F,F,M,M,F. So hard to tell when you can only really go off combs.
