i would say girl i got one whos a bit older and looks the same and has started to lay

I would also say girl - but silkies do hide their sex until quite late so hard to be certain.

Considering it is only 6 weeks and already has some wattle development and a wide comb I also lean to boy. but you can take comfort from the fact that I am a terrible silkie sexer! :lol:

Yes definitely, in that hatch of 6 Silkies I have currently got 2 girls and 4 boys!!.
