is this little oeg bantam cockerel a pile, he is still only a chick but i cant work out what color he is,

Could be pyle Wazza. How was he bred? As in what were the parent birds?

redjohanna that is the bit that makes it hard, the mother is a blue tailed wheaten and the father is a blue red,8 chicks hatched and there is one blue red cockerel 3 blue tailed wheaten pullets 1 blue pullet ,and 3 unknowns 2 pullets and 1 cockerel which i think are piles or something??

dont take any notice of the chick on the left , it is the only penciled wyandotte chick that hatched and was fostered with these oeg chicks

After wracking my genetics resources Wazza, he is a splash.

If you think about the genetics of blue it becomes clearer.

Two doses of blue will give you splash. I will find a pictorial link for you too.

Out of the two blues you may get some black red/partridge too.

redjohanna i am having another guess at those 3 chicks and pretty sure they are wheaten bred piles

the pullets will stay that colour and the cockerel will end up with a cleaner white front then usual
