Wing feathers are an indication (early development of secondaries in female) in some breeds and within some lines of some breeds however in a crossbreed chick and especially those with a hybrid layer parent it is not always reliable.
It is unlikely that dad is a true ISA as they are culled at birth by the hatcheries and ISA is a 'licenced product'. Male ISA's tend to be white. There are similar cross breed birds around, often generically called ISA.
The very pale combs visible on chicks 1 & 3 may indicate females - this is something to watch for. Males have more comb development and female combs will be much paler in colour. Post some more pics in the next few weeks. Hopefully we can identify 3 females

As they are cross breeds it is really too early to tell. You will probably have to wait a few weeks. Fingers crossed for girls!

Excellent photos, Rainbolove. I lean towards the spotted one being a boy, but for me the others are too yooung to guess.
