Im new to partridges (I’ve only ended up with these two as they were handed in to the hedgehog rescue) but 2 days apart a red legged chick and grey legged were brought in. Naturally we put them together to increase their chance of survival. They’re now seven week old and it doesnt look like they will be releasable any time soon (due to them being too tame which i tried my best to avoid and I am working on). I’ve just been told that they cannot be kept together without one killing the other. Is this true? At the minuite they cant stand to be apart from each other so I just want clarification on if they should be okay. Thank you.
