If you can keep the two of them locked in the coop, you might get lucky and she may go clucky. (If you let them out, she will probably try to make a new nest outside anyway.)

She should be laying an egg a day. Watch and see if she adds them to the clutch or just lays them any old where. They don't normally sit until they have a large number anyway, about twenty or so. Place any loose eggs together in the nest.

Also, they like a private nest. If the front of the nest box is very open try covering a portion of it with something to make the entrance narrower.

Good luck.

well some progress
i left both guineas in their pen till today wher i let them out for abit
first they moved the eggs to like a line
then i came back and they had made one nest with the some of the eggs
and to the right of the nest of eggs ther r some other eggs
there is now 13 eggs ther
a friend wanted to take the eggs and put them under a clucky hen
but ive decided to leave them be
fingers crossed
id love her to sit in the pen wher it is safe
but ill continue to let her have some free range time

Sounds promising. :D

When you say they separated the eggs into a new nest and some other eggs, I wonder if they are trying to sort the eggs and remove the older less viable ones, perhaps? Mine just seem to scratch them and scatter them all over the place, but a broody hen can tell the good ones from the bad by smell, I think.

If it looks like they have sorted them and setttled down, then best not to remove too many yourself, but if they just keep moving them around all over the place, take a few outlying ones and give them to your friend.

I think they mostly lay earlier in the day, so if you can keep them in the pen till well after noon and just let them out for a few hours in the late afternoon they will be more likely to lay in the pen, hopefully in the nestbox. Do you have some grainy feed you can give them in the pen? That will bring them back in the evening and make sure they get enough to eat without having to range too far. Once the hen starts sitting seriously, she won't be interested in ranging for long anyway.
