Hi all I would love to share a picture and experience with the lovely ladies from homestead quails.
Roughly about a month ago I purchased 8 quails from glenys and had them sent down to sydney.
I cannot thank the ladys enough for the effort and support they have given to me no question is ever to much for them.

These quails are true monsters no hype needed for them all are 400 gram plus and not to forget they are incredible laying machines.

I cannot wait until I get my first hatch off eggs from these little rippers.

Well done. So you have 'cousins' of our quails. :-D

Ours are going great. We have a fully loaded incubator again even though we said we were going to stop for a while.

They are gorgeous eggs. Maybe I should try some quail some time!

While we love watching their antics and appreciate their qualities alive, we also appreciate their qualitities when they are smoked, glazed and barbecued. ;-)

I'm not sure how many we have. Probably about 30 or so at the moment. We have given quite a few away to friends.

Yummo I would love to try smoked quail. Im looking into ways to spit roast them. Thats a decent amount you have. I also have tge same plan to give some away.
The best thing about these birds are they are huge at 6 weeks of age...

Also so every one can know all 8 of my birds came in over 400grams in weight at 5.5weeks of age that is insane and these birds speak for them selves I feel.

Also is there a fb page for byp?

Edited, Rollyard
