I'm looking to purchase 2-3 female quails but everywhere I look (gumtree etc) they are only being sold in f,m pairs...

I don't want fertile eggs nor do I want 3 males with 3 females :grn

Why do they sell them in pairs?

Ive never fed them birds before.
Never fed live food either.
