The processes should be as follows:

If you wish to:

change your email address
  1. click user control panel,
  2. click profile,
  3. click edit account settings,
  4. type in your new email address (Email Address and Confirm e-mail address)
  5. type in your current password (under confirm changes), (this should leave the other two password fields blank)
  6. then click submit

To update your password
  1. click user control panel,
  2. click profile,
  3. click edit account settings,
  4. type in your new password (New Password and Confirm password)
  5. type in your current password (under confirm changes),
  6. then click submit

If you have forgotten your password
  1. click login
  2. click "I forgot my password"
  3. type in your username,
  4. type in your email address (the email address that is linked to your BYP Info Centre account)
  5. Then click submit.
  6. You should then receive an email that should contain your new password, and an activation link. Once you click the activation link you should be able to log on with your username and new password.
  7. Please note the password is case-sensitive, and I recommend copy-paste the new password from the email into the byp page to make sure you get it right.
  8. Once you have logged in, you can change your password with the directions above.

NOTE
Extracted from a thread in Other Poultry Talk, a forum that is accessible to guest users: Changing Email Addresses and Forgotten Passwords
It is very important that
  • you keep in a safe place the details of your username and password, including a note of the email you used
  • you do not change both email and password at the same time.
  • if in the future you do get stuck and need assistance that you provide as much possible relevant information to admin to help resolve it.

I have put a copy of theses instructions in this forum because the Technical Helpline is not visible to guests.
I hope that they may assist someone.
