The more people who read this, the better for all of us. Agree that a lot of older people stopped eating eggs due to all the rubbish information being bandied about.

Our doctor says eat two or three eggs a day it can't hurt you and it can help you - good to see that backed up by the CSIRO.

Good to see some sense about eggs being good for you, my youngest daughter has cholesterol and my wife keeps says dont let her eat eggs, and i keep saying they are good cholesterol and 2 wont hurt her.
