Hello,
Any tips to help her? Our free-range ducks were in the pond and I think the snapping turtle which we thought was gone, got her foot. I'm treating with a saline solution and trying to keep dry.

Sounds like you are doing the right thing, you could give it a spray with some betadine a couple of times a day.

Ducks are quick healers and although it won't grow back she will cope ok.

Good chance it was an eel.
