Hello
This morning when watching all the call ducklings (9 weeks old) everything seemed fine they were all looking perfectly normal, then an hour or 2 later came back and 1 of the ducklings head is shaking and is uncoordinated and another one walk walking hunched and has also become uncoordinated, does anyone have ideas on what is causing this? these are the only 2 out of the group showing these symptoms so have moved them away from the others and gave them fresh water. The hunched duckling has relaxed a bit the other one is still shaking its head, both still uncoordinated, but have had no issues with drinking and swallowing and now more alert.

any help would be appreciated Thank you :)

Could be something toxic they have eaten or drunk - any stagnant water or rotting vegetation or any other rotting thing, or any mouldy food or other substance. Confining them and providing fresh water and food was a good thing to do, as a response to this possibility.

Another possibility is a vitamin deficiency so to cover that I'd add a bird vitamin to their water.

What did the ducklings have access to? Before you separated them were they out in your yard or confined in a pen?
