Our hens ISA Browns have been dying lately and we cannot find a cause. They seem okay then they become breathless in a short period of time then I find them dead within 24 hours.they may also have a messy bum but my husband says it is worms.we have wormed them. I have lost 5 birds in the last 6 weeks. has anyone any ideas.

It helps us help you if we have abit more information.

Also if you've had that many die in a short time, it would probably be worthwhile taking the next dead one ( which of course I hope there won't be any more) to be post-mortemed.
