This is a strange one. I haven't seen these syptoms before, and the closest I could get in the disease book was Mareks. I was also thinking poisoning or snake/spider bike.
Any help would be much apreciated.

Age:18months
Breed: Oxford OEG
Sex: F

Your Location- country, state (different areas/climates have different problems)
ANSWER: Kempsey NSW

What is wrong? What symptoms have you noted? - As much detail as possible please.
ANSWER: She is basically sitting down, clucking constantly. She can't walk much, bet when she does she is wobly and unstable. She has a vacant look in her eyes, doesn't seem to be able to see; I can wave my hand in front of her eyes and there is little or no response. There is some greenish dihoreah. Her behaviour, the clucking and the fact that her tail is fanned agressively, makes me think she is in pain.

Edit: following the above, she went quiet and started bending her neck back over her back. I put her down.

Full droppings description.- colour, consistency, frequency, offensive smell.
ANSWER: Green, runier than usual, don't notice the smell.

Respiratory Changes?- eg. breathing sounds, discharge, laboured breathing, facial swelling
ANSWER: No.

Digestive Changes?- eg. eating, drinking, crop filling & emptying
ANSWER: Crop is 2/3 full, but don't know if the food has been passing. Don't know about water.

Condition Changes?- eg. Weight, comb/wattle colour, skin, feathering
ANSWER:Face is pale, but she is not laying.

Behavioural Changes?- inc. socialising, laying, crowing, broodiness
ANSWER: Clucking hysterically. Was broody but went off.

Agility Changes? - eg. any lameness, favouring, energy levels
ANSWER: Can't walk mostly, and is unstable when does.

Describe your usual worming routine and products. [If none, say so and skip the next 3 worming questions.] Do you have a cycle that you use eg. every 3 months, or every six months?
ANSWER: It isn't worms.

1. When was the bird last wormed??- approximate date.
ANSWER:

2. What product was used to worm the bird, and how was it given? ? eg. in the drinking water, on the skin, by injection?
ANSWER:

3. Was a follow up dose given? (eg. 10-14 days later)
ANSWER:

Any other recent medications?- antibiotics, coccidiosis meds, herbal remedies, etc
ANSWER: No

Other changes? – additions to the flock, diet, housing, extreme weather
ANSWER: Rain for the past week. No other changes

Photos? – any relevant photos are very helpful

How long has she been like this George?

Have you felt over her whole body, especially her legs to see if there's any injury?

If she's been broody is there any chance that she has rickets. She's likely to have undereaten and become very run down. How long was she broody for? Chickens with rickets get that weak wobbly gait and sit down. Did it come on gradually, or was it sudden?

She only went broody for a day or two. I think she went off the eggs because of the illness. No physical injury, she was fine other than the symptoms I describe. I doubt if it was rickets as she was well fed.
The wobly and clucking only happened today.
About 2 hours ago she went silent and started bending her neck back over her back, she wasn't going to survive so I had to put her down.
