Found this today and am wonder what your thoughts are....had egg shaped ones before but none shaped like this.

My guess is that something caused a slow passage thru the Isthmus (where the shell membrane is produced) and the spiralling passage has stretched out the shape and not properly encased the contents.
Sometimes this will be a once only response to stress however as you are also getting shell less eggs I suspect that someone is developing reproductive system problems. Sometimes a break from laying, plenty of good quality protein (premium layer pellets) and additional calcium may improve things for next season.
If you have commercial layers who will doggedly continue to lay over the Winter you could consider a forced moult to give them a break, however it would probably be only be delaying the inevitable.
