I would be interested in hearing people opinions on the Marek's Vaccination. Do you vaccinate for this or not? If not why?
I am also wondering if anyone in Melbourne would be interested in getting the Marek's vaccination straight from liquid nitrogen, not dry ice?

Great question FluffyBumFarm (LOL - great name!) I am interested to hear what people say. I don't breed but would definitely prefer to buy birds that are vaccinated having heard of other's terrible issues with Mareks here in Vic

Personally, if I knew I was going to be continually adding live birds to the flock I'd vaccinate, or buy vaccinated. If I was keeping a closed flock raised from eggs by myself (my current situation) I'd not vaccinate. I think it depends where you live too, some areas seem to have a real problem with it, others not so much if at all.
