I have a hen who visited an avian vet with bumblefoot a fortnight ago and had quite a bit of pus removed. She had six days on Meloxicam and ten days on Amoxyclav and I thought she was better but now I think the lump on the top of the foot is getting larger. It is Friday afternoon, I am waiting on a call back from the avian vet (which is almost two hours drive away) and I don't really expect to be able to get an appointment tomorrow as I am not a regular client. If anybody has any advice I would be most grateful.

It looks like it healed over before it completed debriding.
Soak in Epson Salts, try to remove the scab and clean out any pus plug, apply a Hydrogel or Manuka Honey and wrap. Re treat at least every 2nd day. You need to keep the wound open to allow it to heal from inside out so that any old pus and necrotic tissue is 'ejected'
