Hi. I would just like to ask if anyone knows much about the options for processing meat birds on a smaller scale in NSW. Ive heard there are some places in Sydney and also Melbourne that will process poultry from outside growers. I'm just struggling to find any names.

Also if anyone one has knowledge on setting up an on farm processing facility that would be really handy to find out the pros and cons of taking that option if it is a possibility.
