Hi every one
Thanks for the great comments

Denis
Thanks for the offer. Depending on how I go, I might take you up on it.

Kiddo
I work for a commercial aluminium window & door company. If you notice the door & glass on the incubator is the same as the ones you see at almost all shoping centers & on shop fronts. Infact the whole thing is built with the same material except the sides, bottom, top & back which have 16mm melemine in them. The melemine is glazed into the aliminium frame which stops any moisture getting to the ends. (No swelling)
When I build things I dont use plans, just try things as I go.
I will give you & any one else if they want, the size, what you need ( not the aluminium ) but if you can get hold of it,let me know & how to put it together.
Dont let the 4 light globes scare you, I find it sefer with 4 low watt globes than 1 or 2 high watt ones. 2 can blow & still have no problems.
Regards
Mario

Mario..fantastic looking incubator there.
My hubby works for very much the same people as you.
He does the revealing for them but dabbles a bit in the aluminium part.

I love building things, its a lot cheeper than buying them & if it works, even better.
I also collect die cast model cars. About 2 years ago I built myself an aluminium display cabinet, then 1 for a frend & another for his frend & so on.
To date, 100+ & 3 more in the next few weeks.
Regards
Mario

Hello Mario it looks great.

I am not so well in English language so I have made some pictures of my "deep freezer incubator"
