Has anyone got any photos of newly hatched SPW chickens so I can sort them out in the incubater?

Your attention is drawn to point 3 in the following. There is no need to use abbreviations or to give uninformative titles to threads.

Hints for posting

To keep the forum fairly organised it is recommended to:

1. Put further comments about a topic in the same topic (instead of creating a new post), this can be done by pressing "Post Reply" button found both at the top and the bottom of the page
- These don't need a subject in the message

2. Don't forget to look for similar topics already being posted. Especially people greeting each other, here is a good forum post full of greetings:
http://forum.backyardpoultry.com/viewtopic.php?t=7 as this is a generic one.

3. When making a post, try to make the topic detailed, to explain what the post is about more coherently. Things that are generic like "help" or peoples names don't tell you anything about the post. So instead try things like "Help! my rooster turned into a duck overnight"

Practising all these things will make the forum easier to read, and don't forget there is a search button in the menu at the top. So keep posting

Lizzy

Sorry all, I didn't explain myself properly, but does anyone have a photo of a baby Silver Pencilled Wyandotte or is there a site I can visit
We had some of their eggs in the bater & have hatched some pale ones with dark stripes which look weird in among all the others

I liked most of them. I think we have about 4 silver pencilled chickens in our last hatch so I am really keen to see colours & sex when they grow up a bit
I am busy making a coup so I can shift 2 of my pairs of Pekins in & my other little tractor can be used to put the baby chicks in when they are old enough.
I then have to start making the next one so I can keep all the Pekin colours separate
Hope no smarty gives my chooks a tape measure & spirit level or they'll see how skew wiff it really is. I am practising my welding so by the time I get the last one done it might be OK
