I'm VERY new to BYP and i remember reading (before i became a member) a post about the Chinese made JN7-56. I bought one and it's giving very poor results. Strangely, most chicks do well up to pipping time. Any advice?

I am new to this incubator thing! I think that my daughter has bought the same 96 Janoel but the instruction are really bad. I am thinking that she has purchased a knock off!
Wondering if you have had any success? Also wondering if you have to change the trays around?
I am a little confused, but trying to work it out!

Well it is now official, at my place anyway, the Janoel's are just cheap Chinese pieces of junk....this is the third year (and 3 incubators, one is the incubator and one is the hatcher, and both are autos) that do the same thing and it does not matter what I do or what I adjust (am a sparkey by trade) I still cannot get better than at the best 20% hatch rate.....fertility is at about 98% and I hatch at 99% under broodies.
Flogging a dead horse is easier....TIME TO SAVE AND PURCHASE A DECENT INCUBATOR.
