Just some feedback on this thread.
I too was very cautious of buying from overseas but we purchased two Hovobator Fully Automatic fan forced incubators from the "Incubator Warehouse" in the States and we did our homework and cannot fault this company.
We had a faulty auto turn motor in the second one (wasn't actually faulty just vibrated and we are fairly cluey but could not pintpoint the cause) so we contacted them and they had a new motor to us within 10 days and we did not have to return the original one beforehand.
It worked out for my hatching well.
The incubators come with a electrical conversion for Australian Power and the company overall is great to deal with.
We had (before we bought the second Hovobator) bought two "so called Janoel fully automatics" from China.
We had really done our homework (so we thought) but when they arrived there was one or two very hard to pick details that we did not notice untill we got them home.
They worked fine but the alarm system drove me nuts.
A simple rule - If the grammar is not correct or there is a variation on the packaging or the labelling on the machine or the boxes! Don't go there.
This is not a criticism as most goods come from overseas but as stated in the thread, Do your homework.
We resold these and the chap we bought them off loved them, as I said they were not faulty but they just weren't what I had thought they were.
