A few months ago I became aware of a new stile of incubator that was on the Australian market.
Having seen it on eBay I thought at just under $125 delivered I was prepared it take a chance

It seems they are made of a soft plastic similar to resealable containers such as Tupperware.
the egg turner seems similar to many of the basic Chinese incubators.

the motor operates a lever that move the eggs smoothly over about 2-5 seconds this appears timed and the motor rotates just under 180 degrees this has the effect of stopping the egg turner in a different spot each time. If the eggs are upright the turner will tilt them and they will finish close to upright. however after a few cycles they eggs will fully tilt.
the display is of a LCD style and seems easy to read
the resolution on the display is 0.1 degree centigrade and 0.1% humidity
an initial check suggests the temperature display is reasonably calibrated.
initial impressions are the machine is quiet.
with no eggs in it it got up to temperature in less than 10 minutes (room temperature was 22 C)
there was a slight over run that the thermostat cut out and the temperature kept rising to 37.8 it was set at 37.6
The lid id translucent plastic that provided a good view of the eggs.
there are no wires attached to the lid the lid is flexible enough that it needs to be put on carefully to it sits properly and seals the unit properly.
how will it work?
I suppose the only way ti find out is to put some fertile eggs in it.
