Water dish might be too large, try running it with lower humidity. If its possible, I like to turn the eggs 3 times a day (every 8 hours) as I found it gets better hatch rates and not as critical if you accidentally miss a turn. They are good machines, well known to keep their temperatures spot on. Laurie Smart is the brains behind these machines, he sets them up so the temperature is spot on before sending out a unit. If you still have issues, you should contact him as I found Laurie to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
