The humidity is not a reason to get a separate hatcher Eliane. It will be fine.
Without knowing anything about the incubator it is a little hard to be specific which might have scared off anyone replying.
But most Cabinet incubators have automatic turner/tilt trays in them and you remove the eggs from the turner/tilt tray for safety of chicks. So they don't fall or get caught. They all have tray near bottom for eggs to hatch.

If you had an incubator that just holds 30 eggs on a hatcher tray (and turn the eggs individually by hand).
There is no reason you couldn't set 10 eggs a week and let them hatch amongst the fresher eggs.
