Just a little comment - I am a complaining neighbour and would LOVE to get a life but I'm far too exhausted because I never sleep :p

Most people don't complain just to be difficult. I really am suffering being woken every half hour from 3:30 am.

My main coop has Hebel blocks on the roof and walls, does keep the noise down, but the best if can get a hold of isecond hand is freezer panels- 75 mm foam sandwiched between aluminium sheets. Great for noise and temperature control :thumbs: .

Here's one I made from foam in between kind of ply wood it has small holes for air it is tall enough for the rooster to stand
