I have Bantam Saxony Ducks. Three ducks and a drake. The drake picks of the smallest of the ducks (his daughter), chases her from the food,
and is mounting her so often that the feathers are almost gone from the back of her neck, he is not as aggressive with the other ducks.
I have tried separating then with a wire fence, but she frets, and wants to join the others. If I separate her with one of the other ducks she is happy,
but the other duck is not. I really do not know what to do for the best. I am worried if I keep them together, the drake will eventually kill her.
Please advise.

I'd separate him for a while to give her a break - keep all the girls together and put him separate. And yes, he may well kill her with his attentions.

Oh dear - I am not sure it is the 'right' answer. But it is what I would do! I hope it goes OK
