It's highly possible that other hens are pulling out the feathers.

How much room do the 14 hens have? What are they getting fed?

It does look like it in the photo. Possibly boredom or lack of protein? Not really sure.

have given them Riverina Red Label Coarse Layer Mash ( reckoned by you guys ) because I was going my own mix at 1 stage but I was having trouble getting there right diet.

I have a run about 6x8m and 2x12m they run in all day then I let them out in the afternoon in the yard

She might be going into a heavy moult which is encouraging the other hens to pick at her feathers. Check that she has no feather parasites (lice or mite) and spray her with a blue dye (centrigen from the produce place) or use some blue food colouring from the super market. If she is being feather picked this should make the others leave her alone and you will be able to tell if this is a moult.

Purple is fine, as is blue, you could even use black food dye if you had it.

When chickens see pink/red, they peck at it, they are instinctively attracted to it. The more pecking, the more red - The more red, the more pecking.

But blue/purple, they tend to leave it alone. There might be a few curious pecks to begin with, but then they should ignore it.

Give your affected birds a good spray with the Cetrigen, and re-apply as needed, and check and treat for parasites. With any luck that will do the trick.

I have found 3 reds have very little tail, I rang the produce shop they told me to keep them separated from the other hens, and spray them once a day, when I see feathers growing back, put them back into the main run.

today I had a red die, I had a look at here and she did not look that she had no mites on her, put she was one that feathers was missing and 2 days ago, I had notice she look that she had no energy.

today, I went out in the run to have a good look at the hens and I saw one leg horn plunking a red,
so if I see her do it again I will lock her up byself.

I will catch the hens without feather tails tonight, and trent them tomorrow.

this run is big enough for 3 hens??

That looks a bit small to me for 3 hens for 24 hrs a day but fine for night-time (as long as they have enough perching room). Maybe you can set up a little run with some mesh that they can get out into during the day, while still keeping them separated from the pecking birds. Then it would be fine I think.

Here is an old thread which discusses Centrigen and mentions a with holding period of 2 weeks for eggs. Centrigen does contain an insect repellent - perhaps there is a possibility of this or other ingredients being absorbed and passed to the eggs. If this is a moult, your hens are unlikely to be laying so it shouldn't be a problem any way.
