By using a fairly standard format setting out the key facts about a gathering we can save each other time.
Please when posting details of an event try to include in the TITLE:
Auction/Show - Town & State or Territory - Date including year In the
body will be the details.
Sometimes this will be just a link.
Preferably there will be some contact details so that readers may get further information.
Any other helpful and relevant information will be appreciated.
If the event is a regular recurring one and those details are known that might also be useful.
If you are involved in the organisation of the event or even if you have just attended a previous one at the same venue that information might also be of interest.
Let's try this starting with events for 2010 and see how it goes. We can try starting of with listings for each state but if warranted it may be appropriate to break this down to particular regions within states where events are more frequent.
Once an event is over the title may be updated to reflect this - there may or may not be reports on the event - which can be posted in the same thread.
