The auction is filling fast and there are few pens left.

The main prize for the auction will be THREE LIGHT SUSSEX POINT OF LAY PULLETS. These pure bred birds have been donated by Rob and Vince and the club wishes to extend its thanks for this fine gesture.

Other prizes are bags of feed and grain and a box of Fruit and Veg generously donated by Birds E Us of Bendigo, Woodend Produce Store, Watts Fruit Shop of Kyneton and Kyneton Stock Feeds.

I will update the list of entries very soon.

Regards Ian B

Hi All,
If you are after wheat at a economically pleasing price then come and see Dave Pitson at the auction.

Tony Maritzi will be there with his 'pop up shop' of feeds and various chook husbandry supplies for your on going needs.

We have several entries of fertile eggs in our special cabinet

Regards Ian B

Hi All,
Thank to the last two posts for their kind words we appreciate it.
Thanks to everyone who braved the chilly morning to attend our auction and I hope you enjoyed the day. We were lucky that it was fine and without the wind it would have been quite pleasant.
It was another successful sale and results satisfying. At least 3 pens reached in excess of $200.00 and at least 10 over $100.00. I believe most birds had new owners by days end.
KDPC appreciates the patronage and cooperation of sellers and buyers to make our sales successful.
I would like to thank all KDPC members who worked to keep our auctions up and running.
Our next auction will be held on Sunday 15/10/17 and we look forward to seeing everyone there.
Regards Ian B
