I may have jumped the gun, I am not a breeder of Geese yet. I live in a rural community and rely heavily upon the internet for information gathering about poultry. This forum has been a godsend and I am still getting set up for the keeping of waterfowl, although I havent started looking seriously l havent noticed any breeders within a few hours drive of me. I am hoping that the network will have what I am looking for.

sorry the Secretary of the Goose Breeder Network of Australia has been on holidays, so he has not replied to any emails of the Christmas.

I will get onto it tonight.

Good Afternoon,

I am looking to buy pure Bred Toulouse Geese. I thought I’d finally found a breeder in NSW, & organised to buy some eggs. I asked for photos of the parents, and just received a reply saying something about the geese being pure white... I’ve already transferred the money into the fellows account. Oh no! This guy’s been selling fertile eggs as ‘Pure Bred Toulouse’ when they aren’t Toulouse Eggs at all... He is happy to refund the money, as he was sold the geese as Toulouse a couple of years ago but my daughter and I are very disappointed, and are back searching high and low for Toulouse geese.

We currently have Indian Game, Gold laced Wyandottes, and White Plymouth Rocks and are looking to add Toulouse Geese to our menagerie.
All of our animals are well treated, and free-range within a large orchard.

Fertile Eggs would be best as I live in Bendigo Victoria. I am happy to pay for the eggs and postage. If there are any geese that are suitable, I would like to show them. Please email me if you can help out :-) Thanks. Robyn

Hi,
I currently have one Aussie Settler/Pilgrim goose, female.
Her gosling sibling was eaten by a carpet python.
She's quite happy swimming around with my runner ducks, but I would love to get some geese company for her.
I'm not particularly fussy about breed.
I have an incubator, so I would try some eggs too. I'm building a floating house forr the dam so they can be left largely to their own devices.

Any information most appreciated, please email sgdownes@gmail.com

thanks

Steven
