I absolutely love Neville Ballenger's bantam white. It's so tidy around the thigh and has a really nice profile shape.

Zebs, did you take your large white cockerel up? If so how did he go?

Zeb did take up his cockerel and got 1st in the class, no further thought was a nice bird (different judge may have put him up)

Hard to judges birds from photo's as seen here. Young Jack is a very good photographer and can make the fowls look better on his stand than the Judge can in the pen.

We also need to remember under colour, split wing, broken wing feathers, white in wing feathers are all very hard to see from a photo.

The White bantam pullet was a very good type - I would of brought her home if Nev was giving her away - many good bantams there so if you won a card you should be proud of your fowl.

Hi Andrew,

Greg has told you how he went and he looked the part, but he had been beaten in Queanbeyan by the pullet and I didn't expect anything further at this show, but there was a lot of positive comments from fellow breeders about him so looking forward to the breeding season with him.
I see and hear you have tremendous support for Hunter Valley I hope it goes very well for you.
QLD club are talking of an additional stand alone show next season as well as the Dempsey Bailey, be worth considering for you as well.

I apologise to those of whom I offended in my comments. I had no intentions to cause a stir amongst the breeders of the fowls. Please accept my sincere apologies.

Jack
