A friend of mine said he had a hen that needed a good home, so having some already, I offered to take her. Turns out, she's a Cornish Rock that's about 7 months old(huge). I know meat chickens should be butchered at around 8 weeks, but I'm not sure what to do with this old bird. My wife isn't about butchering, but I know what this bird was meant for.
