Well my new chicks are here and guess what I forgot to buy :oops: :oops: CHICKEN CRUMBLE.
What can I give them tonight as they are now in the brooder :?:
Any help would be great.

Boiled eggs mashed up work miuxed with bread crumbs or on it's own.

also if you grind up some layers it will do for a tempory fix.

Finely grated carrot and /or rolled oats - quick cooking stuff or break up bigger oats and/or milled/cracked grain, weetbix, wheatgerm - raid your pantry as stopgap.

Are you superstitious? - not counting chicks before they hatch :P :lol:

Probably too busy building that beaut new brooder you showed us!
