The only one I would be reasonably confident as pullet would be the buff (last one) The first I would doubt as Sussex!.

blackie - hard to tell. (not sussex)
speckled - looks rooster colouring and head. (not sussex)
brownie - pullet (possible buff sussex?)

It also helps to have pics showing their legs and feet :) roosters often have more prevalent red down the sides of the shanks, and thicker shanks.

Breeds

Unsure about the first possibly a cross but I think the last 2 are sussex. 2nd looks like speckled/light sussex colouring but still a sussex.

I once crossed a light sussex roo over an australorp hen and ended up the most interesting bird. It was a lovely big bird, black eyes and body black but like a negative of the light sussex. Black all over with white tipped and edged feathers around the neck. Looked a bit like a religous minister.

Blackie: Boy, Black Australorp (bad strain shouldnt have brown eyes)

Speckled: Boy, As Country Lodge said possibly a speckled/light sussex.

Brownie: Girl, Buff Sussex not pure shouldnt have black eyes or black beak.

A couple years ago a broody Barred Rock banty hatched out 2 chicks. They were Black Australorp crossbreeds. The boy died, but his sister is still around(gorgeous girl!). To me, she looks just like your black one. Of course she is probably smaller.....

Probably boy, boy, girl. Certainly none are pure sussex, and I can't see any speckled sussex in the 2nd one.
