What... am I!

If anyone can help identify ada, it will help put her mind at rest :) She's just so confused!

I think she might have a bit of sussex in her because of the barely noticeable black tips on the feathers around her neck and tail :) That's all I have :P

looks like a Sussex, with her white legs. Maybe white but they are very rare, or a white cross with light.

Ok, goodo then! Thanks for the second opinion :)

Forgot to mention she's quite a good layer, medium white eggs. She's also skittish as all heck... will eat out of your hand, but if you move you stance or tip your hat at a passing lady she goes nuts and flaps about, then will re-approach cautiously and aggressively peck feed from your hand... strange bird :P

Yes i have birds with that sort of personality, they seem to want to eat but if you look at them funny they crack it and run off madly! funny creatures.

Could be one of the leghorn hybrid cross's if it has black in its feathers.

My Grandad said he thought there was a bit of leghorn in it, I thought they had floppier comb, but then again, he's an old farmer and over the last 80 odd years in england, new zealand and australia has probably seen the development of most of these breeds :P

Dosn't have the leghorn shape, but they do lay white eggs and are supposed to be skittish? I'm still learning though.
